Don't know what this song is called or who sings it, can somebody help?

I heard a song playing in a shop earlier today, it's the second time
i've heard it but i haven't a clue who it it or what it's called and i
couldn't hear much of it cause it wasn't very loud but from what i
heard it sounded like the chorus and sounded more like it was a
talking kind of chorus rather than a singy kind of chorus, if that
makes sense, anyway it was a woman singing but i only heard these
words: 'is love art' or 'love is art' i can't remember completely what
she was saying but she definately said the words 'love' and 'art'.

Does anyone know what it might be?
