Name of this horror movie?

Basically, it was these teenagers throwing a Halloween party. They
drew a circle or something on the floor, and whatever entered it (a
spider), would come to life. There was also this scene where they open
up a locker, or closet and there's this black guy in there with this
skeleton type thing.

It's been bugging me forever! Please help!
